Eylean

If you want to efficiently manage all your projects and tasks, if you want to efficiently collaborate with others on various projects, then you are very well advised to give Eylean a try. Go get Eylean and you will see that it is a properly good project task and team management board.

Eylean works with Windows 7/8 (recommended), Windows Vista or Windows XP (Service Pack 3).
Eylean is available as a Personal and as a Team Edition. The differences between these two editions are highlighted on the Download section on Eylean.com.

A setup wizard will help you install Eylean on a Windows PC. When it’s done and you run Eylean for the first time, the software will automatically check for updates. If any updates are available, you will be prompted to download them.

When the setup wizard is done and you run Eylean for the first time, you will be presented with a Welcome to Eylean wizard. It will ask you to provide some information about yourself, it will ask you if you want to store data on your computer or on the Eylean Server, it will invite you to open an existing workspace or create a new workspace. The nice thing is that several templates are available for creating a new workspace.

Eylean has a ribbon interface. There’s an Input panel on the left, a Work in Progress panel to the right, and a ribbon at the top. If you feel the ribbon gets in the way, you can always minimize it. From this ribbon interface you can open a workspace, create a new workspace, connect to a server, create new tasks, manage existing tasks, communicate with team members, and more.
